The first time you make an online purchase, you must register by entering the required personal data correctly.

Online booking procedure

From the Home Page of the site, carry out the following procedure:
1. Click on “BOOK”
2. Click on “THERMAL PARK”
3. Select one of the two types of purchase:

1. Sunbed area: allows access to the pools, adults are assigned a sunbed. Please indicate the number of children and babies before booking.
2. Sun umbrella area: allows you to choose a sun umbrella, each adult will be assigned a sunbed. Please indicate the number of adults, children and babies before booking. Please note that a maximum of 3 sunbeds may be placed under each sun umbrella.

You can book your entry up to the day before your arrival at the park; you cannot book your entry on the day you enter the park.

4. Click on “BUY”
5. Enter your email and password
6. Select “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT”
7. After starting the payment procedure, you have 15 minutes to complete the operation. You can select up to 4 resources.
8. When the time runs out, the booking will be cancelled and the resources will be made bookable again.

Booking

1. Before completing your online booking, please pay special attention to the period you have chosen and the type of service you require.
2. You cannot cancel or change your booking. No partial refund of the amount paid is permitted. In case of failure to use the booking due to bad weather, high tide, natural disasters and sea storms, etc., the amounts paid are not refundable.
3. Online purchases can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). Credit card payments are encrypted and absolute protection of data is guaranteed.
4. The invoice certifies the transaction, it will be sent by email and can be shown each time the staff of the thermal park requests it.
5. Customers must keep the receipt proving their entitlement to use the park’s services in order to be able to show it to the control staff upon request. Persons not in possession of an entry ticket and found using the thermal park facilities will have to pay the full price for the whole day.
6. The online purchase gives you direct access to your booked place without going to the reception of the thermal park. However, we recommend that you ask the lifeguard to accompany you to your booked place.
7. In case of bookings for less than a full day or bookings for continuous periods, please contact the reception.

Discounts and vouchers

Online booking does not entitle disabled persons to discounts. To obtain the above discounts, you must ask at the reception.
